Some court documents came out that exposed how much Kaspersky played a part in it. Most of the things that have been said point a finger, but no actual hard evidence shown to the public. They will have to take orders from somewhere. In fact according to page, Switzerland does not even qualify as a HQ. I do believe Kaspersky AV is a technically strong product. You can't get the Democrat and Republican parties to agree on ANYTHING and they agreed on this. There are those who will say this is just some political hit job by the United States to attack a Russian company and that Kaspersky is caught in the middle. I don't believe the average person has anything to worry about, but if you work for a government, major tech company, finance or have anything sensitive that Russia would want I would be wary. Now if you're asking about the Russia thing, here are my thoughts.
